Using professionals from various disciplines, such as marketing, claims, and loss control, the Account Executive coordinates all services to  ensures that all exposures to loss are identified and efficiently mitigated, transferred, or retained. 

Services provided include:

• In-depth review of all policies to ensure coverages are correct and adequate;
• Allocation of premium and losses to applicable operating departments or accounting centers;
• Coordinate claims management and provide regular statistical information to monitor losses and identify unfavorable trends;
• Review loss control and safety issues and coordinate activities of appropriate loss control specialists;
• Coordinate and develop underwriting relationships between clients and the insurance carriers or service providers;
• Monitor continual communication of market developments and their potential impact on our clients insurance programs or financial statements;
• Provide and maintain detailed insurance schedules highlighting coverages, limits, and premiums.

Policy Administration and Policy Delivery

• Review policies for accuracy and issue Certificates of Insurance;
• Analyze leases and contracts for potential impact on insurance program.

Claim Reporting Procedures and Follow-up

• Develop claim service specifications and settlement authority (if applicable);
• Audit of outstanding reserves of current and prior insurers.

Timely Invoice Preparation and Collection

        Payment terms and conditions negotiated up-front to meet the financial needs of clients;

         Define invoicing procedures to assure compliance with client requirements;

Loss Prevention

• Coordinate on-site visits by company loss control specialists;
• Analyze and comment on insurer loss control recommendations;
• Provide assistance in the design and implementation of Loss Prevention Programs as appropriate.
